1. Scope and Personal Information Controllers

Mabilis Cash (the “App”) is published and operated by RS LIFIX LENDING CORP. (“RS LIFIX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy applies when you use the App, apply for a loan, communicate with us, or otherwise use our services.

For personal data processed through the App, RS LIFIX acts as the personal information controller unless an applicable notice states otherwise. Fcash Global Lending Inc. is the loan provider and may act as an independent personal information controller for evaluating, issuing, administering, and collecting loans.

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read this Policy. Where consent is required, we request it separately, and you may withdraw it as described below.

2. Personal Data We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Account and contact data: email address and other contact details you submit.
  • Profile and demographic data: gender, educational attainment, and other application information.
  • Employment and financial data: employment status, occupation, employer information, income or salary range, and information relevant to repayment capacity.
  • Identity-verification data: photographs or copies of government-issued identity documents, information shown on those documents, and a facial photograph or selfie.
  • Loan and transaction data: requested amount, offers, repayment and disbursement information, payment history, and loan records.
  • Communications: inquiries, complaints, customer-support messages, and other correspondence.

Government-issued identification details and other sensitive personal information receive additional protection. Facial photographs are used for identity and liveness verification. We do not create or retain a biometric template unless this is specifically disclosed to you and permitted by applicable law.

2.2 Automatically Collected Technical Data

We may collect technical and usage information necessary to operate and secure the App, such as device type, operating-system and App version, IP address, timestamps, crash information, diagnostic logs, security events, and interactions with App features. We do not use device signals to fingerprint you in circumvention of operating-system privacy settings.

3. Device Permissions

The App requests permission before accessing protected device features. You may deny or later change permissions in your device settings, although a feature requiring the permission may not work.

Camera

To capture identity documents, a facial photograph or selfie, and other images you choose to submit for verification or support.

Photos / Photo Library

To select and upload an existing identity document, facial photograph, or supporting image. We access only items you choose to submit, subject to the system permission.

Location

Approximate or precise location, depending on your settings, for identity or address verification, fraud prevention, security, risk assessment, legal compliance, and service availability.

Apple ATT Tracking

If displayed and you select Allow, approved partners may use the advertising identifier for the purposes stated in Apple’s system prompt, such as attribution, measurement, or personalized advertising.

Tracking permission is optional. If you select “Ask App Not to Track,” we will not track you as defined by Apple. Refusing ATT permission will not prevent access to the App’s core loan features.

4. How We Use Personal Data

We may use personal data to:

  1. create and manage your account and authenticate your identity;
  2. receive, verify, review, and process loan applications;
  3. assess eligibility, affordability, creditworthiness, repayment capacity, and fraud risk;
  4. conduct identity, know-your-customer, anti-fraud, anti-money-laundering, sanctions, and security checks where applicable;
  5. present offers, execute agreements, disburse funds, process payments, service loans, send reminders, and lawfully manage collections;
  6. provide customer support and resolve requests, complaints, and disputes;
  7. operate, troubleshoot, secure, analyze, and improve the App and services;
  8. prevent and investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unlawful activity;
  9. comply with laws, court orders, lawful requests, regulatory duties, audits, and legal claims; and
  10. with separate consent, provide marketing or conduct advertising tracking.

Applicable legal bases may include consent, steps taken at your request before a contract, contract performance, legal obligations, protection of lawful rights, and legitimate interests not overridden by your fundamental rights and freedoms.

5. Credit Assessment and Automated Processing

We and the loan provider may use application data, verification results, employment and financial data, repayment history, fraud indicators, and information lawfully obtained from authorized providers or credit-information sources to assess applications and manage risk.

Some checks may be performed using automated tools. Automated processing may affect whether an application is referred for review, whether more information is requested, or the offer displayed. We do not make a materially adverse decision based solely on automated processing unless permitted by law and disclosed to you. Where applicable, you may request information, correct inaccurate data, or request human review.

6. How We Share Personal Data

We disclose personal data only as described here, in another notice, with consent, or as permitted or required by law. Recipient categories may include:

  • Fcash Global Lending Inc. for loan evaluation, origination, administration, repayment, collection, and compliance;
  • identity, document, facial-liveness, fraud-prevention, and security providers;
  • credit-information and risk-service providers where legally permitted;
  • banks, payment, wallet, disbursement, repayment, and lawful collection providers;
  • cloud hosting, storage, communications, analytics, and customer-support providers;
  • advertising and attribution partners, only as applicable and permitted by your choices and ATT authorization;
  • professional advisers and auditors bound by confidentiality;
  • government bodies, regulators, law enforcement, and courts where legally authorized; and
  • parties to a proposed or completed corporate transaction, subject to safeguards.

Processors acting for us may use data only for contracted purposes and must provide appropriate protection. We remain accountable for personal data transferred to processors acting on our behalf.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the collected purpose and for additional periods required or permitted by financial, lending, anti-money-laundering, tax, accounting, consumer-protection, and data-protection laws.

  • Account, application, verification, loan, payment, and communication records are retained during the application or customer relationship and for the legally required period afterward.
  • Identity documents and facial photographs are retained only as necessary for verification, fraud prevention, loan administration, disputes, and legal recordkeeping.
  • Technical and security logs are retained as reasonably necessary for security and reliable operation.
  • Optional marketing or tracking data is retained until consent is withdrawn or it is no longer needed, unless retention is otherwise legally permitted.

When no longer required, data is securely deleted, destroyed, anonymized, or blocked. It may be retained longer for a legal hold, dispute, investigation, or lawful authority.

8. Security

We use reasonable organizational, physical, and technical measures designed to protect personal data against loss, unauthorized disclosure or access, alteration, misuse, and unlawful processing. Measures include access controls, confidentiality obligations, secure transmission and storage practices, monitoring, incident procedures, and provider oversight.

No transmission or storage method is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting account credentials and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Subject to the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and other applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • be informed about processing;
  • access personal data held about you;
  • object or withdraw consent where applicable;
  • correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • request erasure, blocking, or deletion where legally available;
  • exercise data portability for eligible data;
  • request information about automated processing and human review where applicable;
  • seek compensation for unlawful processing; and
  • file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

We may verify identity before responding. Rights may be lawfully limited where information must be retained to administer a loan, comply with legal duties, detect fraud, resolve disputes, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

10. Your Choices and Permission Controls

You may control camera, photo-library, location, and tracking permissions through device settings. Denying an optional permission does not affect unrelated features. Where a permission is needed for a requested function, such as taking an identity-document photo, an available alternative may be offered.

You may opt out of marketing using the unsubscribe method in a message or by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing lawfully performed before withdrawal.

11. Children’s Privacy

The App and lending services are intended only for persons at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a loan agreement. We do not knowingly accept applications from children. If we learn that a child’s data was collected without lawful authorization, we will take appropriate steps to delete or block it, subject to law.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The App may link to or enable transactions through third-party services. Their own notices govern their independent privacy practices unless they process data solely on our instructions. Please review privacy information presented by those parties.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy for changes in the App, practices, providers, or law. We will post the updated version and revise the “Last Updated” date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent before a material change. We will not use data for a materially different purpose without appropriate notice and a valid legal basis.
